If you’re searching for the most comfortable shoes, running shoes, walking shoes or “Top 10 shoes” videos… stop. Comfort alone doesn’t tell you whether a shoe is right for your feet. In this video I explain how to understand your foot type properly, whether you have flat feet, high arches, neutral arches, pronation, supination or anything in between, so you can finally choose the correct shoes with confidence.
Most people buy shoes based on how soft they feel at first step. That “first feel” effect can be misleading, especially if you have foot pain or need more (or less) support. I will guide you through how to identify your arch type, how to tell if you pronate, supinate or have a neutral foot, and what shoe type matches your foot. By the end of this video you will know exactly what features to look for in a shoe, how much cushioning you need, and how to choose footwear that supports your feet long term. When you next visit a shoe shop, you will not guess… you will know.

Does this include for people who have corrective orthotics? I have fairly flat feet but my orthotics are ‘correcting’ that do I still treat myself as having flat feet?
